Add possibility to eliminate the lines in the Forecast which have "0" value

It would be great if there will be added a possibility to eliminate ( filter out) the lines in the Forecast which have "0" value. Unfortunately, there is no other possibility at this time other than manually deleting line items within Planning and using the reuploading method.

    There is another RFE exactly opposite of this request https://bigblue.aha.io/ideas/ideas/APPTIO-I-815

    Looks like we need to add a configuration option in plan creation to either keep or drop lines with 0s or blank values in the baseline.
