This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

In the table where the file is uploaded into, add a field with the following formula:
=Right(Split(TableInfo("Source"),1,"."),4)
This formula will split the file name from the file extension and retain the last 4 characters of the file name.
For demonstration purposes, I'm going to call the field [Stamp] and use the [All Business Services] table (backing the [Business Services] object).
If the table is not backing a modeled object, you'll want to map/append the [Stamp] field into a table backing a modeled object.
For me, I appended the [Stamp] field into [All Business Services].
In the report, I created an HTML component and added the [Stamp] field into the component's Rows. This makes the field available to called via the following HTML code that should be added to the HTML component's content:
<%={All Business Services.Stamp}%>
The result will show a 4-character string matching the last 4 characters of your file name.
Please confirm if you are still encountering any challenges or if this resolves your submission.
