Allow customers to schedule or automate the import of baseline plan data from Apptio Costing into IT Planning.

Currently, publishing data from Apptio Costing (CT) into IT Planning (ITP) — specifically Labor Activity data — is a fully manual process. There is no option to schedule or automate this data flow.

Our use case involves using Datalink to send time tracking data for projects into TBM Studio, publishing that information into the Labor Activity tab in IT Planning, and then publishing the Summary tab back into TBM Studio for reporting purposes. This workflow runs on a recurring basis, making manual intervention time-consuming and error-prone.

Requested Enhancement: Add the ability to schedule automated publishes/imports of data from Costing into IT Planning, similar to the existing scheduling functionality available for Planning-to-Costing publishes (as documented in "Schedule Plan Publishes"). This would allow teams to set a cadence for data refreshes without requiring manual triggering each time.
