Option to push config back when removing a version

Currently whenever a version is removed from a table, the config from the previous  month copies forward. So if I have a version in Feb and another version in Apr, if I were to remove the version from Apr, the configuration from Feb/Mar would carry forward into April and beyond. I would like the option to choose which configuration to preserve. For example, if I made config changes in Apr that I now need to push back to Feb/Mar, my only option is to replicate the config changes in those months. I would like to be able to remove the Apr version and be prompted if I want the prior config to carry forward (Feb/Mar carries forward into Apr) or if I want the new config to push back (Apr pushes back to Feb/Mar).
