Allow end users to manually publish to set time period even when Enable Recurring Publish setting is turned on

At the moment, if a user turns on the Enable Recurring Publish setting in TBM Studio, the only way to publish and Editable Table into a set / specific time period is by using the schedule that is set up for that table. Admins lose the ability to control in the transformed editable table which specific time period they want manual publishes to go to. Therefore, if a user clicks the "Publish" button on an editable table report, it publishes to the time period that the user is in. My customer wants to be able to control which time period that publish goes to, but cannot since they use schedules for some of their tables. This impacts the abilty to allow their end users to control publishing on an ad hoc basis, forcing them to wait until the next scheduled publish.
