As a new user for FOCUS data sources using DataLink for Cloudability, I would like the functionality to archive and delete import files for cleanup and daily automation.

This would help eliminate duplicate and incomplete source files before they impact reporting and reconciliation. By consistently ingesting validated daily data, regularly purging outdated files, and enforcing standardized cleanup rules, users gain greater confidence that financial reports reflect complete and accurate usage. This reduces reconciliation discrepancies between source systems and tooling, minimizes manual investigation cycles, and ensures ongoing operational efficiency and data integrity.

    Currently this functionality exists in Datalink today. This request is to expand the current functionality to include files presented in DataDrop viewer. @James Voisard has met with the product team to explain this in detail and customer benefit.
