Filtering reference data in UI

It's not very easy to search for a specific line item in reference data tables, especially large tables. Adding a way to search/filter would be extremely useful to anyone who works with reference data. I'm envisioning something similar to the filter line we have in Studio where you just start typing and it filters on any matches. Right now, the only real effective way to filter on reference data is to export it to excel and then filter there.

Would also be nice to have filtering functionality in Spend Management, as well as a Total line since there's no easy way to see the grand total of what's been loaded there without dumping it out to excel.

I notice we already do have this functionality in the Projects ref data under the Plans section... I'd just like to see this replicated for all ref data under the Configuration section.
