Different Decimal Precision Option for Non-Financial Numbers in Apptio Planning

Our labor data on the labor tab shows full time equivalent (FTE) in the quantity field. 
We have our number format set to 0 decimal places in company profile as cents are not necessary when displaying our financials.

However, due to this rounding, the FTE/quantity field does not match what is shown month by month. 0.4 is rounded down to 0, 0.8 is rounded up to 1, etc.

We are looking for a way to round financial data to whole numbers while leaving the non-financial data with a different decimal precision.
