Persona-based Landing Page in Cost Transparency

I would like to customize the landing page for the various personas in our organization. For us, it would be https://amadeus.apptio.com
A Finance person would land on a specific report, a Non IT Product Owner to a different one, etc.
Right now we have a set of buttons on the landing page, but I would like to bypass that and open a report directly.

    @Guillermo Cuadrado  Where would you expect to get the "persona" setting?  Would this be from the new User Persona that is captured in Frontdoor?  Or would you want the ability to have a different definable persona based on some other attributes?
