Create Custom Tabs with Template Choice

In Apptio Planning, we would like the ability to separate out different costs that require specific columns. Currently we do not have the ability to make required columns dynamic based off of data selection, even though its a contract, different contracts require different fields. We would like these custom tabs to be based off of a template where we can choose which tab structure is used "Labor", "Assets", "Other". This will help provide a better user experience that resembles that current flexibility of excel process today.
