Add a Refresh button for each tab to quickly update changes and recalculate

There are two distinct scenarios for this Refresh button idea. The first is for making changes to existing data, like changing the account so it aligns to its related actuals, updating a vendor name, etc. When changes like this are made, it does not re-sort the data to group. To see the changes, you have to either refresh your browser, or click into another tab and back. This sometimes resets any changes you have made to your layout, which is annoying. This request allows the user to refresh the screen so that all changes land in their new layout grouping based on the change without affecting the layout, which may have changed while doing the analysis.

The second scenario is specific to the Labor tab. If the End Date is left blank, it should populate 1's across all months included in your Plan. Our current scenario is that the next year did not populate the 1's despite having no End Date. A TBMA could fix this, but our end users specifically asked for an enhancement to fix this issue without needing a TBMA to make the corrections. To manually refresh this, you have to enter and end date, let it populate for that one row, then remove the date, since that isn't really the end date. Sometimes, a user will manually remove the zeros. This is not best practice and causes issues later on if you want to populate the 1's appropriately. With over 1,000 headcount listed in our current Labor Tab and most require this change, it is labor intensive to fix this and have no assurance that we end up having the same problem the following year. The request is to add a refresh button that would update all changes, similar to scenario in the first paragraph above, but also recalculate the headcount End Date and populate all months with a 1 if no end date exists. This may also work on the Contracts tab if data is manually removed from the months instead of following the formula.
