Add fiscal calendar awareness to the Cloud File Egress connector in Datalink (DLF) so that "Previous Month" resolves to the correct fiscal period based on TBM project time settings.

Currently, the Cloud File Egress connector in Datalink resolves "Previous Month" using strict calendar month logic, without taking into account the TBM project's fiscal calendar configuration. For customers with non-standard fiscal years (e.g., July–June with Ending Period convention), this results in data being pulled from the wrong fiscal period — one year behind what is expected. The Apptio Connector in Datalink and Copy Table connectors in Datalink Classic both correctly respect TBM project time settings, creating an inconsistent experience for customers using Cloud File Egress. This feature would allow the Cloud File Egress connector to reference the TBM project's fiscal calendar when resolving dynamic time period settings such as "Previous Month" and "Current Month," bringing it to parity with other connector types and eliminating the need for manual period selection each month.
