Restrict addition of Percentage columns in Apptio -Non-summable

We have an option to restrict row totals in Apptio for any field (By selecting Summable/Non-summable option in the formula ). But the same option is not working fine when the column total is happening. Percentage values cannot be summable, the calculation need to happen at the respective group level

E.g. 

Excel example of an expected behavior and scenario:

  1. Note the behavior for Total = calculations happen at an individual row /column level . Percentages are not added like how numbers are added

Apptio example of above scenario

  1. Note the Var % total for Q1 and Q2 is happening correctly in Apptio, but The Total Var % is adding Var % which is wrong , we only want to resolve this
  2. E.g., how can variance be 213% for first row ? when variance should be 10/50 = 20%. It is not logically, correct ?
  3. Note in Apptio the Q1, and Q2 totals for Var % is showing expected behavior which is correct

    I understand the feature request and have added it to the product backlog.  We will review and prioritize against other feature enhancements.  I also moved this to the TBM Studio category since it is a platform feature that works across all content.
