Container Cost Allocation Filters for Kubernetes Labels need to support all operators to help teams get insights on K8S clusters that have labels with similar or dissimilar values (Contains, Not Equals, Does Not Contain)

We have teams use Kubernetes labels that follow patterns to help them group similar clusters together (for example: MFG-A1, MFG-A2, ...). The current Filter for Labels on Container Cost Allocation only support the "equals" operator which causes a UI limitation and does not allow for a group of Kubernetes clusters to be selected that have a similar tag value. We need all of the Filter operators to be supported (Equalsl, Contains, Not Equals, Does Not Contain).  That ability exists for Namespaces but not Labels. If this were added, then it would improve the functionality and usability.
