Display Account ID and Region Columns in Anomaly Detection List

Customer Feedback:

Currently, the Anomaly Detection list only includes the account name. The customer requests that the Account ID be displayed in the list to make it easier to identify accounts when multiple payer accounts are registered. They found muptiple alerts with the same account names under different payers and needed additional effort to identify which account to investigate.

Additionally, they feed us back that the aws region information is also helpful to respond to anomalies more quickly.

We would appreciate it if the product team could review this request for potential enhancement.
