Need a filter on the Dashboards to keep the same views but switch accounts Merged

We would like to request a filter to be added to the dashboards at the top, so that you can have multiple tiles within the dashboard, but then you can select your account and all the tiles will update with correct information.

Right now we have to maintain multiple dashboards for various accounts.  We have one leader that oversees 12 accounts, so they have 12 dashboards that we have to maintain.  By having this filter option, it would reduce the number of dashboards that they have to maintain down to one, because they could filter or select the account that they want to see the details for and all the tiles would update with the corresponding data for that account.
