Updating Alerts

Keep alerts up to date is incredibly painful.     People come and go and roles change.  The process to ensure alerts are going to the right key stakeholders is incredibly painful.  I have several suggestions. Option 1.  Ability to keep alerts automatically updating by tying to a source of truth for key stakeholders.  We use CMDB roles as our source of truth for who is responsible for an application and who needs to be informed if there is an expected to exceed alert.  The system should be able to tie into this data and send alerts based upon the information contained in this table.  Option 2.  We should have the ability to export alerts, back the necessary changes (by doing a V-lookup against our source of truth) and import the file with updated changes.  In addition - some pain points with the process now, it would be really nice if when you are typing a name and it shows up, you could just push enter on the keyboard instead of having to stop typing and use your mouse to select the person you want to add.
