Be able to set Databricks Account Name value in Vendor Credentials

Problem:
Right now when you add a Databricks connection in vendor credentials the Account ID is set as both Account ID and Account Name. This value is just a string of numbers and letters, not easily interpretable to know which account it represents. This affects both the vendor credentials UI and any downstream reporting and functionality which will show the Account ID when trying to filter or group by vendor account name. This makes it difficult to easily interpret reports, or manage vendor credentials when you have multiple Databricks accounts connected.

Request:
Enable the ability either pull the Databricks account name as defined in the Databricks account settings and use that as the Account Name value in Cloudability, or have the ability to manually set the Account Name value as part of the vendor credential integration configuration and have that used as the vendor account name in downstream reports and processes.
