Have ability to add generic email to subscriptions (same applies to Anomaly emails and ApptioBI reports)

Currently, as a user I can only subscribe myself to a report, usign the email that my account is associated with.
I want to be able to subscribe a generic mail list (e.g. cloud-services@synamedia.com) to a report. This functionality ensure that the report goes to people who may not pick up, and allows us to reuse our internal group maintenance to ensure that the right people get the reports they need, and don't get reports they don't need. And without having them maintain the subscriptions in Cloudability.
