Metadata for Reports/Dashboards - Created By, Created Date, Last Updated Date, Last Accessed Date Merged

Since reuse is key for reports and dashboards, our org does not delete old reports and dashboards by default when a user leaves our org.  If we could see details about creation and access of reports and dashboards we could determine if unused/unneeded items could be safely discarded leaving only valuable items behind.

If visibility to this metadata was limited to only admins to start that would be fine.  If it could be available to all users, that would be great so users could self-manage to cut down on noise.
