need to add an option to convert and show currency in Million to Crores

The customer currently contributes an ACV of USD 192K and is one of the very few India-based customers using Apptio. Their financial reporting is managed in Crores rather than Millions, which makes it difficult for them to track KPIs effectively within the product’s current configuration.

This gap in usability is creating significant friction and poses a risk of disengagement. If the issue is not addressed promptly, the customer may revert to spreadsheet-based FinOps reporting, which would directly impact product adoption and potentially jeopardize USD 192K in annual revenue.

To ensure continued engagement and long-term retention, we request priority attention and accelerated release of the required enhancement.

    Is the correct locale selected for this customer ("Manage Profile" => "Currency" => "Locale")? With locale set to "Hindi (India)", the product does use a correct lakh/crore number separator. Or is this idea related to some other functionality?
