Estimate Widget to have same filter functionality as with other widgets

In Home - My Dashboard, in a dashboard, select to create a new widget.
Select for Widget Type of Estimate. Observe the options available to users.
Actual - only option to select Metric, which only offers four items under 'Cost and usage data'.
Expected - like the other widgets, we want the ability to add filters to drill down with other measures.

We want to be able to breakdown the numbers for each team, product, or application for example, just as we can with the other widgets.

With the current situation, this can only be achieved by placing the settings into the 'View' which is an inefficient and unusual to achieve the result.
