Add Kubecost as a standard connection for importing data

Create a connector that will import data from a standalone Kubecost installation to allow import to Cloudability similar to FOCUS format or other vendors. We have multiple years of history that we want to load into Cloudability for reporting and provisioning the agent only gathers data going forward.

Bringing in the data via a FOCUS format does not allow for loading data into the Cluster and Namespace fields. K8s labels would be treated as tags.

This would be great and really show the work being done to integrate Kubecost.
