Enablement of the untaggable spend for GCP in Tag explorer of Cloudability

Currently, Cloudability Tag Explorer provides clear visibility into untagged spend and tag coverage gaps for AWS and Azure. However, similar visibility is missing for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly for spend that is technically untaggable due to GCP service or billing limitations.

As a result, FinOps teams lack a consistent and accurate way to identify, quantify, and govern untaggable GCP spend. This creates challenges in measuring true tag compliance, enforcing governance policies, and ensuring fair accountability for engineering teams.

Enabling an explicit untaggable spend classification for GCP within Tag Explorer would allow organizations to clearly distinguish between:
Spend that is missing required tags
Spend that is inherently untaggable due to GCP limitations

This capability should support filtering, reporting, and trending of untaggable GCP spend, and exclude it from tag-compliance penalties or KPIs. Implementing this feature would improve multi-cloud governance consistency, increase accuracy of FinOps reporting, and align Cloudability with FinOps best practices for tagging and allocation.
