Enable sorting by metric on any column in ApptioBI Table visualisation

The end users of the reports would like to be able to alter the ordering of rows based on the metric values in columns, particularly when grouped by dates (e.g. you have multiple date columns and we would like to have an ordering where the highest, or lowest, metric value for a given date grouping, e.g. month of November, is used to select the row order.

This is making using the resulting tables harder to use with people having to download the data and then use something like excel to manipulate and review (with the limitations of the CSV data export)
