Use Resource Inventory as a data source for reports and dashboards

We periodically receive requests for service costs of relationships from our business partners. For example, something along the lines of "show cost of EC2 instance and the attached EBS volume". This type of relationship cost data can not be surfaced via current CLDY reports or dashboards. 

Though a limited date range is available, Resource Inventory seems like it may be able to provide relationship insights. For example, using the filter to show EBS, the volume resource ID and attached instance ID are visible.
