Azure rightsizing-recommendation- Disk

BUPA has confirmed they cannot move from P→S series for production workloads. Moving from Premium SSD to Standard SSD is generally not viable for production due to the IOPS and throughput downgrade, so the savings shown in the CLDY Disk Rightsizing view does not reflect a feasible optimization path for them.

In their case, our recommendation engine surfaces P→S as the top recommendation because it yields the highest savings, but the subsequent recommendations do surface P→P alternatives, and we are unable to promote a P→P rightsizing path to the primary recommendation. Since P→S is not an option for prod, this results in a misleading optimization signal from the customer perspective.

Can we do Tag-based suppression or Policy-based suppression to block P→S downgrades on prod workloads so that P→P rightsizing becomes visible and recommended instead? This would allow production customers to evaluate viable Premium-to-Premium optimization paths without Standard series options dominating the ranking.
