Support multi-account cost aggregation for a single Kubernetes cluster in Containers.

A customer identified that they are unable to view full cluster costs when a single Kubernetes cluster is associated with multiple cloud accounts.

Today, Containers expects a cluster to map to a single billing account.
When costs are split across accounts, Cloudability does not aggregate them to the cluster, which results in partial or missing cost visibility.

This is a rare configuration but is present in this customer’s environment.
