Enable the API support to update the position ordering of the already existing Account Groups so they can be reordered without manual UI changes

FinOps teams that manage Cloudability through automation need the ability to control the display order of Account Groups programmatically. Currently, the Account Groups API allows the position attribute to be set during creation, but there is no reliable or documented way to update the position of existing Account Groups. As a result, once the groups are created, their order must be manually adjusted in the UI.

This limitation impacts enterprise environments where Account Groups are managed via automation at scale. When environments are rebuilt or new groups are added, the ordering becomes inconsistent, requiring manual intervention and increasing the risk of configuration drift.

This enhancement would benefit FinOps, Cloud Platform, and Governance teams that manage Cloudability across large environments with many accounts and automated deployments. Enabling API support to update the position of existing Account Groups would allow consistent ordering across environments and support full infrastructure-as-code management without manual UI changes.
