API Governance

Currently users can create their own API which has the same read/view rights as their user account. This means they can create Service Accounts as well and pull the data from CLDY to another sources and the Central FinOps team cannot control the process. Users can bypass the Central FinOps team, their processes and share the data and recommendations without even pointing the source of data. Central FinOps team has no visibility of the API's, only  CLDY admins (IBM) can see logs for last 3 months and determine which API were used and that is all. We can only switch off or on the option for API calls for CLDY for the whole company........ Even though we are administrators we cannot disable specific API keys or track their usage. This requires immediate remediation.
