End to End Recommendations, assignments and tracking in a single view

As an end user, I need organized recommendation in user readable format (Example: Compute / Database week end shutdown, Volume Upgrade etc). Grouping all the items under rightsizing is confusing.

As an end user, I need to easily navigate the recommendations assigned to me or to my team

As an FinOps team, I need capability to assign each recommendation to the team or the individual (assigning using JIRA is not scalable as I have 200+ application and 25k+ recommendations).

As an FinOps team, I need to track the recommendation closure and $ savings realized and the items that are not feasible to implement.

As an user, I should not see the recommendations which are marked as not feasible to implement
