Enable Centralized Report Subscriptions and Dashboard Standardization Across Multiple Users

Customers have requested the ability to configure report subscriptions and standardized dashboards centrally for multiple users or groups, rather than requiring configuration at the individual user level.

Currently in Cloudability, report subscriptions are configured within each user profile. To enable automated report delivery to another user, administrators must impersonate the user and manually configure the subscription for each individual account. While this works for small teams, it becomes impractical and operationally inefficient when onboarding or supporting large groups of users.

Similarly, organizations that want to standardize dashboards or reporting experiences across multiple stakeholders (e.g., engineering teams, finance teams, leadership) do not currently have a scalable way to enforce or distribute a common configuration.

    Hello.

I have noticed I can edit multiple users at once (set default view, default dashboard). However, in our case, we'd need to edit those and also the default time zone (we have users in multiple zones) as well as the default report and the cadence for the "Your month so far" monthly report.

Pretty much anything under "Manage Profile -> Preferences".

It's tedious work to edit this manually by impersonating since that process is also very slow (having to impersonate, log out, log back in to the admin account).
