Allow Cloudability email subscriptions to be associated with a specific view that is independent of the global/default Cloudability view.

Cloudability enforces a single default view that is shared across both the Cloudability UI and Cloud Spend Summary email subscriptions. This creates challenges when leadership-facing email reports require different cost logic than what users need in the UI. For example, Marketplace costs are often non-recurring and inflate estimated spend in email subscriptions, even though they are appropriate to include in interactive Cloudability views.

This enhancement would allow teams to send more accurate and context-appropriate cost visibility to senior leadership without compromising the usability or accuracy of the Cloudability UI for practitioners. FinOps teams, finance stakeholders, and executive leadership would all benefit from clearer, more intentional reporting.

Email subscriptions should allow explicit selection of a saved view (e.g., “Org X – Excluding Marketplace”) without requiring that view to be set as the global default. In this example, leadership would be able to get email subscriptions excluding marketplace charges (“Org X – Excluding Marketplace”) while the Cloudability UI shows their org spend with marketplace (“Org X").
