Rightsizing ROI - ticketing should update data even after ticket created

Reference ticket#TS021659719 whcih is closed.

We are piloting this feature assigning ownership to 1 person which is myself.  I manage the tickets for now until we release this feature.  The problem is that the rightsizing numbers change everyday, so the cost savings in the ticket may change.  Moreover, the team may have addressed the resource on their own.  For example I had created a ticket to terminate an Azure SQL resource.  In this case, the resource may have been spun up for testing.  The team did their work and terminated the resource after I had sent them a ticket.  They did not inform us as I was managing the ticket.  As I do my reminder notifications, I noticed that the resource did not exist anymore and sent the team an email stating to terminate the resource, which they did on their own.  Optics are everything, especially if I'm sending out notices for an obsolete resource.  So this has me going back to ROI page to check for existance as well as if cost has changed...

It would be great if the ROI report can get refreshed daily as the costs change as well as mark the tickets "Done" or something if the resource does not exist anymore.
