CostGuard- Terraform and Github integration for Azure enablement

About a year ago we became aware of a Cloudability integration to terraform and Github feature that analyzed builds and provides gated recommendations for optimization; this was called Cost Guard.  I believe a product also existed that integrated directly to Github for scans across repot with similar capabilities, possible called InfraCost.  We embarked on implementation with a number of delivery teams and found that it is not available for Azure at this time.  This request is for priority of those features to be enabled and available to us as promised in our multi-year commitment terms.
