Cloudability data ingestion should not be permitted to fail silently

If Cloudability fails to pull in our billing data on any given day (or for many days straight), it provides no alert, email, event notification, or UI display to inform the user that not all of their data is being presented in the Cloudability tool (including dashboard displays, trueCost explorer, and financial reporting).

My team recently had one of our vender's data fail to be pulled in for 2 weeks before it was caught by chance by a team dev who was looking at something else and lucked into seeing there's was a discrepancy. Failing to notice a subset of your charges aren't properly loading is a simple thing to do, especially when you have many venders and charges that are inconsistent day to day.

We use Cloudability to cost split the charges we bill out to our users and this ingestion failure would have cost us $1,500,000 if it was not found by one of our devs.

It is absolutely insane to me that the job that performs cost data ingestion is allowed to fail silently.
