Enhance Cloud Visibility: Fetch VPC ID and VPC Name against VPC Services

Description:

As an Apptio user, I'm facing challenges in fetching VPC ID and VPC name against VPC services. Currently, Apptio doesn't provide a straightforward way to retrieve these details, making it difficult to gain comprehensive visibility into our cloud infrastructure.

Use Case:

Our organization uses Apptio to monitor and optimize cloud costs. However, we're struggling to map VPC services to their corresponding VPC IDs and names. This information is crucial for our cloud architects, engineers, and finance teams to make informed decisions about resource allocation, cost optimization, and security.

Request:

I request that Apptio consider adding the following feature:

  • Enhance the cloud connector to fetch VPC ID and VPC name against VPC services.
  • Provide a user-friendly way to map VPC services to their corresponding VPC IDs and names.
