Add a field to the API and UI to inform consumers if cost saving is using custom prices or falling back on retail prices

Currently there is no transparency around which price is being used which results in misreporting when we roll up the potentials saves to a higher Business Mapping level. The reality is that all of our services should match to a custom price, so the inability for Cloudability to match against a custom price needs to be flagged as an issue rather than masked. Over the past 12 months we have seen 3 incidents which have resulted in large swings in the reported savings opportunity, the latest being an un-communicated 'fix' from Apptio to perform better matching. Adding the data point of whether the saving calculation has come from Custom or Retail prices will at least provide some transparency to customers and allow then to further process the data as necessary.

Thanks for the suggestion! We are looking to improve Rightsizing usability this year and this will be something we will take into consideration.
