Automated Inventory Report Subscription

Description: I would like to request the ability to subscribe to the Inventory Report, so that it can be automatically sent to a defined set of users on a scheduled basis.

Request: I would like to be able to:

  1. Create a subscription: Set up a subscription for the Inventory Report, specifying the report format, frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly), and recipients.
  2. Define recipients: Add a list of users who should receive the report, either by entering their email addresses or selecting from a list of existing users.
  3. Schedule delivery: Choose the frequency and timing of report delivery (e.g., daily at 8am, weekly on Mondays).

Benefits: Automated report subscription will enable us to:

  • Ensure that stakeholders receive timely and relevant information about our inventory
  • Reduce manual effort in sending reports to multiple users
  • Improve visibility and transparency into our inventory and cloud costs

Use cases:

  • IT teams can use automated report subscription to keep stakeholders informed about inventory changes and updates.
  • Financial teams can use automated report subscription to receive regular updates on cloud costs and inventory.
