Expand ServiceNow marketplace Apptio application functionality to allow it to raise tickets from cost savings recommendations

The ability to raise tickets for cost-saving recommendations is a key enabler for managing our vast cloud estate at scale via automation; it was a core pillar of our original Apptio business case. Currently, integration between Apptio and ServiceNow is only possible through custom script deployment, which our ServiceNow practice prohibits. These custom scripts introduce significant complexity during version upgrades, requiring extensive unit testing that hinders our agility. To align with industry best practices, this integration should be deployed as a ServiceNow Marketplace application. This transition would provide a supported, scalable solution that eliminates the maintenance overhead of custom configurations while unlocking the full value of our TBM strategy
