Containers Dashboard Support the use of Views & Granular level filtering

We use views to hep teams tailor their dashboards for specific accounts, applications etc.. they are interested in, currently views do not work with the dashboards. This leaves teams need to select the right cluster and then manually search for a relevant namespace.

Additionally to add to CLOUDY-I-994 additional filters & search capability make it difficult for individual teams to easily see what they are interested in. Standard filters should include namespace, with the associated ability as per linked idea that you can use wildcard style filtering e.g. we add our applications ID's to the namespace, therefore being to search for all namespaces containing an particular App ID, plus multiple selection, such that I can see all namespace containing the same key attribute.

    We expect to start designing 'Full View support' for containers later this year. Given the scope and complexity of this enhancement, we expect it to be a significant, multi-phase effort.
