Automatic ServiceNow Incident Creation when Anomaly Alert Threshold is triggered

Currently creating a ServiceNow Incident from a Cloudability Anomaly requires manual action a Cloudability user must navigate to the Anomaly page click on the three dot menu and select "Create Service Now issue " for each anomaly individually . We are requesting that Cloudability support automatic ServiceNow incident creation when an anomaly alert threshold is triggered without requiring manual intervention


The idea enhancement is to have when an anomaly alert threshold is triggered Cloudability should automatically create a Service Now incident without requiring a manual action from Cloudability User . ServiceNow should be added as a support delivery method in the Subscription API alongside of Pager duty and email. The automatically created Service Now incident should include the full object fields . 

At a organization level we currently have over 100+ anomalies and creation of the manual tickets is not scalable requiring the Cloudability Admins to manually create Servicenow incidents would be impractical and defeats the purpose of anomaly alerting
