Oracle's Commercial Discounts are not available in the Cloudability

Currently, we are able to create reports for AWS EDP discounts, but not for OCI's Universal Credits with Commercial Discounts for our organization. When reviewing the Rate Optimization KPI, our goal is to show the discounts we receive from the CSP using Cloudability or Apptio BI. Although this information is likely available in the monthly invoices, it is not surfaced in Cloudability.

This may require coordination with the CSP or additional integration work, but having this data available in Cloudability would be extremely helpful.
