Admins need a way to see who is subscribed to or accessing/viewing the report/dashboard to allow for notification if report/dashboard is planned for deletion. When personnel change roles or leave company, we are stuck with old reports that can't be easily be removed.

Hi Curtis, is the screenshot you shared reflecting a list of Users that are subscribed to a given Report?
Thanks for sharing this feedback and use case. In a few months, we will introduce new functionality that will allow admins to view all subscriptions created across the org and perform CRUD operations on them. This should help streamline the management of subscritpions and notifying subscribers in the event a report is going to be deleted.
Also, if you prefer not to delete a report, admins can reassign ownership of it to another user today, which can help prevent orphaned reports when personnel change roles or leave the company.
Let us know if this will solve your use case!
