This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

Admins can't see who created a given View and who is using. We are left with stale Views do to not being able to validate if still in use or if a View is owned by someone that is no longer with company or changed roles. Also a way to easily download as there could be 100s of Views.

Hi Anita,
Thank you for submitting the Idea and appreciate your feedback. We've looked into this and understand that at least Admins should be able to see the owner (user who created) of the view. We'll be displaying the Email address of the user in the Owner field. In case of user who has left the company and their user id is deleted from Cloudability, we'll be displaying the "<email_address> (deleted)".
So the first part will be taken care.
Regarding the ability to download the Views, this functionality already exists (see screenshot below):
We'll update the Idea once the 'Owner' field is addition is released.
