Display Payer Account Name Instead of Linked Account Count When Payer Account is Selected

The customer observed that when a payer account is selected in the multi-select field, the UI displays only the count of linked accounts instead of showing the selected payer account name/details.

From the customer’s perspective, this creates confusion because commitments are purchased and managed at the payer account level. They expect the payer account name/details to remain visible when a single payer account is selected, as it provides better clarity and context.

The current behaviour of displaying only the count appears reasonable when multiple linked accounts are selected individually. However, when a single payer account is selected, showing only the linked account count reduces visibility into which payer account is actually chosen.

Requesting consideration for an enhancement where:

  • If a payer account is selected, the UI displays the payer account name/details.
  • The linked account count behaviour can remain applicable for scenarios involving multiple linked account selections.

This enhancement would improve usability and provide clearer context for commitment-related workflows.
