Flat Charge Forecasting

We have a flat charge that hits on the first of every month, but the forecasting feature will continue to estimate higher spend for that line item throughout the month even though it has never been higher. I tried using the enhanced forecast to change the forecast model type, but it will not save the preference and translate that forecast model over the Plan tab which is what is emailed to stakeholders at their desired frequency. It would be great it we could adjust the forecast at the organization level for these flat charges.

Feedback from support: "This is an issue that’s on our radar but we don’t have a workaround at the moment. Since our algorithms are designed to forecast incremental/daily spend, current month projections for flat spend trends appear inflated for the current month."
