Aggregate Azure Commitments totals across billing accounts

When I go to Azure Commitment Recommendations, I do not have a clear view of the potential savings Commitments can provide similar to AWS and GCP. Billing accounts are not aggregated and there is no way to do so. This is an inconsistent experience; the account selection widget in Azure is different than AWS and GCP.

To solve this, I would have to toggle to every billing account individually (in our case, 3, but we must scroll a VERY long list to find those 3 and we are unable to select more than one simultaneously).

Request:
1) Present an Account selection of "All Accounts" that aggregates across all billing accounts. Allow the customer to select 1+ accounts, similar to AWS. Modify the account selection widget to be the same as AWS and GCP pages for a consistent user experience.
2) UX default the Azure page to be "All Accounts", 3 years, shared scope, 30day lookback, upon moving to Azure Commitment Recommendations page so users can see the total potential savings for their Azure environment by commitment type.

This is now in development with Commitment Management 2.0 for Azure. We will release portfolio, then recommendations improvements. We ask for patience as these changes are not trivial and will take some time. I can follow up later in the summer around expected delivery dates.
