Support OR Logic in Cloudability Native Dashboard and Report Filters Merged

Syngenta would like Cloudability Native Dashboards and Reports to support OR-based filter logic in addition to the current AND-based filtering.

Today, when building reports, multiple filters are combined using AND logic only except if it's the same dimension. This limits the ability to create consolidated reporting views when data may exist under different attributes or dimensions.

For example, while reporting on AI-related costs, the customer may need to identify costs where:

Product Name = Azure OpenAI
OR
Product Name = Microsoft.Search
OR(this is what is requried, instead here we only get "AND" in the filters)
Usage Type = Foundry Models::Azure OpenAI

Today, these reporting requirements are difficult to consolidate into a single report, as filters are primarily evaluated together. Support for OR-based filtering would allow customers to create a single AI Cost Dashboard that captures all relevant AI-related spend without requiring multiple reports or manual data consolidation.
