Automate AWS linked account credentialing

Use case: After completing vendor credentialing in Cloudability for AWS, especially when customers have enabled the "Automated credentialing of linked accounts" option, when new linked accounts are added to the AWS Organization, those new linked accounts will populate in Cloudability. However, these accounts will not automatically be verified and credentialed. Customers will have to manually save and verify these credentials individually or using bulk action feature.

Proposed solution: Create a reminder for the customer or build an automation function to save and verify all the new linked accounts when they are populated in cloudability without customer's manual intervention using an automate function option (Toggle) that can be enabled/ disabled. This enhancement would eliminate the need for customers to manually perform the Save & Verify action on newly discovered linked accounts, either individually or through the bulk action feature.

Outcome: By automatically saving and verifying all newly populated linked accounts in Cloudability, the solution would significantly reduce operational overhead and ensure that no accounts remain uncredentialed or idle. This would help maintain complete account coverage, enable timely data ingestion for advanced feature, and prevent any gaps that could impact advanced Cloudability features and reporting capabilities that rely on fully credentialed accounts.
